Hi, I'm Kaitlin
Through a holistic marketing strategy and a customer journey filled with delight. I also like to sculpt and freedive.
A bit more
I'm a marketing strategist who loves data, UX, and a well-built customer journey. That tends to pour into other parts of life too — I sculpt in bronze, and lately I've been searching for a piece of property on the Oregon Coast to build a micro resort and event space. My favorite work sits where all of that meets: delightful experiences that stick with a person.
To paint a brand picture that starts and ends with the human experience, every touchpoint has to be an on-purpose-for-a-purpose touchpoint. That is the thread through all of it.
Career pathway
A career that started with guests at sea and grew into brand and growth work. Roughly in order, with a few side quests left out.
Fractional marketing on my own terms: lifecycle, CX, and automation for high-loyalty brands.
Built the lifecycle and experience program, and most of the campaigns behind the numbers on the marketing page.
Paid partnerships with the likes of NYT and Bloomberg, and a 40.3% lift in new customers in six months.
Built brand and digital systems across 75+ properties, and a brand architecture still live ten years later.
Top closer across the region. Where I learned to turn a good experience into growth.
Luxury service one guest at a time. This is where the hospitality bug really bit.
Where the obsession with guest experience started, at sea, on a world-renowned training program.
What I'm up to
Bronze portraits and studies, cast by hand. A few available to collect.
The studio →Fractional marketing. On leave, still reading every note.
Golden Thread →Short essays where marketing, psychology, and sculpture cross paths.
Read the musings →This one is a personal dream. I'm documenting the whole build in the open and looking for land leads, partners, and people who love a slightly mad idea. Following along quietly counts too.
Scouting coastline and dreaming the footprint. Leads very welcome.
A small, design-led stay that treats guests the way good CX treats customers.
Documented in public, decision by decision.
A place to rest that feels made for you.
I've officially started maternity leave, so a few things here move a little slower for now. New marketing clients are paused until I'm back, the studio keeps its own gentle pace, and the resort dream keeps growing. Reach out anytime. I love hearing from people who found their way here.
