The business need was to increase top-of-funnel conversion.
In mid-funnel marketing, blog content is a strong tool for educating potential customers. Written content runs into real barriers though: limited time, content fatigue, and everything else competing for attention in someone's day. The challenge was to make that content easier to actually consume.
We implemented Audio Native, cloned my voice with ElevenLabs, and added a "listen to this article" option across key blog articles to improve accessibility, engagement, and retention. We also tested a male voice against a female voice. This let people take in the content passively, or really, in whatever way they wanted, whether commuting or multitasking.

This validated multi-modal content in mid-funnel marketing, and it improved our SEO along the way. Meeting customers where they are did not just raise engagement, it set up deeper connections and higher conversion potential.
The occasional musing, straight to your inbox. No noise.
In this test it did. Adding a cloned-voice "listen to this article" option across ten posts raised engagement 21.7%, lifted engaged sessions 69.7%, and improved SEO standing, with every single article seeing a lift.
A familiar, human voice keeps people listening. It reads as the brand talking to them rather than a robot reading at them, which is what drove the retention and session-time gains here.
